3-D Secure

3-D Secure is an approach to increase the security of credit card transactions.

It is an XML-based protocol used as an added layer of security for online credit card and debit card transactions. It allows better authentication of the card holder (customer) by their card issuer when they are making purchases online from a merchant's web shop.

6WRThe 6-week-release cycle (short: 6WR) was a project aimed at defining development processes to allow Intershop to provide business value to customers every six weeks. Deprecated, replaced by ISAFe.
