Database Migration Down Time
The database migration from 4.6 to 4.7 does not require the application to be shut down. It is expected to run under 5 minutes.
Updated PostgreSQL client programs to version 15
Version 15 of PostgreSQL client is more strict when it comes to encoding errors in SQL-files. Any content in SQL-files, that is not conform to UTF8 will lead to an error. It is required to fix such problems in custom SQL-files.
