Guide - Bamboo in Intershop Studio

1 Introduction

This page explains the integration of our existing SCM infrastructure into Intershop Studio.

2 Installation

Intershop Studio already includes Atlassian connectors so no installation is necessary. If your installation does not include these components you can obtain them from:

3 Configuration

3.1 Add Bamboo Build Repository

  1. Open Task Repositories View.
  2. Invoke Add a Task Repository.


  1. Select Bamboo...
  2. Click Next.

  1. Enter:
    • Server
    • Label
      A custom label that has to be unique for all task repositories.
      Simply append a suffix like BAMBOO, e.g., IS7-BAMBOO.
    • User ID
    • Password
  2. optional: Select Save Password.
  3. Click Validate Settings.

  1. Select Plans.
  2. Click Finish.

4 Usage

4.1 Open Bamboo View

  1. Invoke Window | Show View | Other...

  1. Invoke Atlassian | Bamboo.
  2. Click OK.

The Bamboo view is displayed.

4.2 Start a Build

  1. Open Bamboo View.
  2. Click on Run Build on Server.


To start a build, you must have the right to start the build. The right is determined from the given credentials.
