Introduction
This video shows the customer request handling in the Intershop Commerce Management regarding the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Customers have the right to control their personal data and can request their data within the ICM.

GDPR Request Handling
Here is an overview on the request handling process for registered and unregistered users:
A customer can request her or his personal data or the account deletion either as a registered user via the My Account section or as an unregistered user via the Contact Us form. No matter which way the customer prefers, the request is processed in the back office via the Customer Service Representative (CSR). We explain the feature in more detail in the following video:
