In Intershop 7/Intershop Commerce Management, cache management refers to the common approach for controlling all types of caches as provided by the cache engine. This includes
- implementation and registration of caches that are assigned to the cache layers at development time
- (selective) clearing of caches at runtime
- monitoring and configuration of caches at runtime
