Removing Apps or Modules from a User

To remove an app or a module from a user in the User management:
  1. Navigate to the user detail page, see Viewing User Details.
  2. Either remove an app or a module:
    1. To remove an app, click the More icon (…) of the app to be removed (for example, Admin Center) and choose Remove app.
    2. To remove a module, click the arrow icon (arrow) next to the app name. This will unfold the row, revealing the related modules. Click the Remove icon (Remove) next to the module to be removed (for example, Application management).
      The corresponding dialog opens.
  3. Click the Remove button (or discard this process by clicking the Close button).
    The Remove dialog closes and a confirmation message appears.
    Note:
    You cannot remove the Admin Center app and its modules from any admin user or from yourself. The Remove app option is not visible when these users have been selected. Furthermore, this feature is not available if you have no permission for Application management.
