Disabling Promotions
-
Select the channel from the context selection box, then select Marketing | Promotions.
This displays the list of all promotions in the current sales channel.

Click the name of the promotion you intend to disable.
This opens the General tab of the detail view for the promotion.

Clear the Enabled check box, then click Apply.
The promotion is now offline and will no longer be visible to customers in the storefront.
