Disabling Gift Card/Gift Certificate
To disable a gift card/gift certificate:
-
Select the channel from the context selection box, then select Marketing | Gift Cards & Gift Certificates.
This displays the Gift Cards & Gift Certificates manager showing a list of all gift certificates in the channel.

Select the gift card/gift certificate to disable.
The gift card/gift certificate details view is displayed.

Clear the Enabled check box and click Apply.
The gift card/gift certificate cannot be redeemed any longer by the customer.
