About the Topic

The Intershop Contact Center is an OCST-based demo application that is intended to be enhanced by Intershop partners to serve call center processes. It already provides basic features designed to help merchants establish and manage personal contact with their customers. It integrates multiple communication types (phone, chat, e-mail, etc.) that offer one-to-one contact, and provides customers with a quick and easy way of obtaining information and getting help.
