ISO 9001:2015 Certification Audit
We are happy to announce that we did pass the audit for the ISO 9001:2015 certification on August 15th, 2023, successfully. The Customer Support and Technical Training department fulfills all requirements to be certified with the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.

ATTENTION Action Required! Missing JCenter libraries may lead to build and deploy errors

On June 22, 2023, the public JCenter was moved. Apparently, some libraries got lost in the move. This also affects libraries used for the Intershop build and deploy process, meaning that some of the libraries used are no longer available in the public JCenter repository.

In principle, this affects all customers who want to use these libraries, including Intershop customers and partners. It is possible that the loss of JCenter libraries has not yet been noticed in the Intershop project, because a JCenter repository cache is configured.

The consequences concern ICM 7.10 and lower versions and can be separated into:

  • A reconfiguration is required to deploy
  • Project adjustments are required to build

IOM, PWA and ICM 11 are not affected.

Instructions to solve the problem are documented at https://support.intershop.com/kb/309P31. We recommend to apply the changes in a timely manner.

Hotfix ICM 7.10.38.23-LTS has been released

Today, a Hotfix for the Intershop Commerce Management has been released.
The installation is recommended due to the fixation of some issues.

You will find all information on the referring Product Data Sheet:

The corresponding Intershop responsive Blueprint Store version is 32.4.2 ... Intershop Progressive Webapp 4.0.0

Please bear in mind it is required to perform a DBMIGRATE/DBPREPARE to gather all changes since the patch level has been changed.

MS Azure Networking - Outage

Currently we are facing a service outage from Azure: https://status.azure.com/en-us/status

Accordingly, the services Intershop uses are also affected. We of course monitor the systems and perform recovery as far as possible. As soon as there are any news, our Customer Success Managers will get back to our Customers and Partners directly.
