The usage of our available product patches and hotfixes is exclusively permitted for duly authorized and licensed Intershop software, with an application range as described in our system requirements, and a valid Intershop maintenance and support contract. I hereby confirm, that I accept the herein before mentioned terms, that I will use the product improvements only in association with my own Intershop software and that I will not pass my Intershop software to a third party or permit the usage of it.
