Search Customers

This section explains how to search for a customer.

The search allows you to search for a customer by (parts of) the last name, the customer no. or the e-mail address.

To do so:

  1. Specify the customer's last name, customer no. or e-mail address to be retrieved.
    Note:
    The search term must be least three characters long.

    The search allows for using and combining the following options:
    • Multiple search terms (last name, customer no., e-mail address) separated by space
    • Parts of search terms to retrieve all customers with a specific letter sequence in their last name, customer no. or e-mail address
    • Fuzzy operators like *
  2. Click Find customer.
    This displays the results in the list view.
