As of IOM 18.104.22.168 the messaging architecture was changed. Java messages are no longer sent over network. Instead of it, each IOM server is handling JMS locally only. For frontend-servers to become able to handle messages locally, process-app now has to run on frontend-servers, too. This change has positive impact on operations:
